Role: Assistant Manager- Content & Editorial
PQE: 3-6 years
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Law
Accountabilities
∙ Meets online Accuracy/Completeness/Timeliness requirements by planning and prioritizing;
∙ Collaborate with internal departments and teams to ensure conversion of legal content to online offerings and to proactively troubleshoot any processing concerns; Deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds internal standards.
∙ Identifies patterns in errors through root cause analysis and speaks to quality/process issues across content types, products and systems.
∙ Responsible for adherence to best practices in existing systems for scheduling and tracking products.
∙ Recognizes potential errors/roadblocks. Identifies process opportunities and takes action to remediate problems and formulate process improvements.
∙ Works with vendor teams to achieve consistent and high quality product deliverables; reviews and audits vendor team work in accordance with department guidelines; utilizes communication best practices.
∙ Proactively builds competence within team, and vendor; proactively leverages vendor skills and resources to assist with additional jurisdictions and/or tasks.
∙ Ability to analyze, report, review and problem solve and ultimately craft and implement ongoing process improvements.
∙ Stays on top of new iterations of software and their practical applications.
