Role: Assessment Intern

Qualifications: Final year law student

Responsibilities:
-Assisting in Talent mapping and market research in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
-Partnering with recruiters to execute talent needs and calibrate deliverables for mission-critical and hard-to-fill positions.
-Ability to listen and understand the goals of the Client and create a robust search strategy.
-Preparing/contributing to search status reports and Talent Mapping.
-Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the group, sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types.
-Becoming an expert in the legal, compliance and policy space; demonstrating the ability to advise and consult.
-Proposing creative ideas and innovative research techniques to uncover hidden talent.
-Business Development – identifying new clients and enabling business growth; proposing techniques for researching market opportunities.
