Job Role: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Gurgaon

PQE: 5+ years

What You’ll Do

  • Be creative! Design, develop, edit, and direct a variety of graphics and multimedia projects that support learning content development and a wide variety of DISCO University and People Team projects, including:
    • Slideware for live & live virtual trainings
    • Web pages
    • One-pagers & infosheets
    • Video training
    • Interactive elearnings
    • Simulation training
    • In-app guided walkthroughs
    • And more!
  • Provide perspective. Participate actively in meetings, portfolio reviews and individual interactions, to offer insight and effectively collaborate with other team members.
  • Collaborate with other experts. Work with a variety of Discovians. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, global support teams, and with DISCO University learning professionals to successfully complete projects on time.
  • Lead yourself & your projects. Though we are highly collaborative, you will have opportunities to lead your own projects from start to finish, reporting out on progress, and sharing your results and success upon completion. You will be expected to conduct meetings with global co-workers, including in NA.

Who You Are

You are a creator with a passion for producing engaging and effective multimedia that helps make complex topics easily understandable. You’re an excellent communicator, image maker, and media developer. You are skilled at managing projects and collaborating with others. Most importantly, you are passionate about your work and strive to continually learn and improve.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as a graphic designer or multimedia designer, including the use of common graphics and video applications (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
  • Experience translating complex concepts into logical graphics which enhance learning, like infographics
  • Skilled in visual, written & verbal communication, project management, and design thinking
  • Collaborative worker, able to interface with subject matter experts and learning professionals in order to identify design strategy, content, and deliver communication assets that meets the learning needs and expectations of clients, on time
  • Skilled thinking creatively to solve problems and develop engaging graphics and visual communication for learning
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards to ensure all communication assets meets DISCO standards

Even Better If You Have

  • Video graphics skills (AfterEffects)
  • Experience developing content for Sales, L&D, or Technical SaaS products
  • Experience or expertise in the legal industry and its practice
  • Proficiency using e-learning tools like Evolve, Adapt, Captivate, or Storyline
