Job Role: Senior Document Processing Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

PQE: 5+ years

Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, the Senior Document Processing Specialist will :

  • Listen to the audio recording and transcribe into word document.
  • Follow customer guidelines and specifications.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy of the transcribed document.
  • Ensure that the tasks are completed as per customer defined deadlines.
  • Work as an individual contributor.
  • Format MS Word and PPT documents using standard checklist and guidelines.
  • Perform Redlining/Edit documents using track changes.

Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in transcription role in a legal/general/medical transcription industry.

Skills for Success :

  • Typing speed 80 words per minute.
  • Should be able to deliver final output without additional quality check.
  • Outstanding quality and typing speed.
  • Strong hold on English grammar.
  • Should be familiar/comfortable with Australian accent.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • MS Word Formatting (Style creation, apply, etc.).
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Proactive with minimal need for guidance.
  • Knowledge of Visio will be an added advantage
