Job Role: Senior Document Processing Specialist

PQE: 5+ years
Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, the Senior Document Processing Specialist will :
- Listen to the audio recording and transcribe into word document.
- Follow customer guidelines and specifications.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of the transcribed document.
- Ensure that the tasks are completed as per customer defined deadlines.
- Work as an individual contributor.
- Format MS Word and PPT documents using standard checklist and guidelines.
- Perform Redlining/Edit documents using track changes.
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience in transcription role in a legal/general/medical transcription industry.
Skills for Success :
- Typing speed 80 words per minute.
- Should be able to deliver final output without additional quality check.
- Outstanding quality and typing speed.
- Strong hold on English grammar.
- Should be familiar/comfortable with Australian accent.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- MS Word Formatting (Style creation, apply, etc.).
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proactive with minimal need for guidance.
- Knowledge of Visio will be an added advantage
Qualifications :
- Any graduate (B.tech/BCA/MCA/M.tech).
