Job Role: Specialist- Finance & Accounting 

Location: Gurgaon 

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will
Handle the following processes:

  • General ledger accounting
  • Trust accounting
  • Financial reporting
  • Travel and Expense processing
  • New client/matter intake processes (data entry to the practice management system, conflict checking)
  • Accounts payable
  • Billing and accounts receivable
  • Fixed asset management


  • Proven working experience of more than 4 years as a Finance Accounting Specialist
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Excellent accounting software user
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Advanced degree in accounting

Skills For Success

  • Basic computer skills, Excel and MS Office
  • Good Accounting background
  • Knowledge of Accounting tools such as Serengeti, NetSuite, ActionStep, Xero, etc.
  • Some experience with spreadsheets and automated accounting systems
  • Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
  • Ability to listen, communicate (written and verbal), excellent grammar, and follow-up effectively with all staffing levels and clients/customers.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic and should be able to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
  • Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; possibly work weekends or evenings
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment


  • Com – Commerce
  • PG – MBA with Finance will be preferred
