Job Role: Specialist- Payroll

Location: Gurgaon

PQE: 4 years

Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, a Specialist – Payroll will

  • Manage payroll, benefits and compliance for Elevate.
  • Collaborate closely with our external payroll providers and the internal finance team to ensure smooth functioning of payroll.
  • Figure out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories.
  • Provide comprehensive solutions to all payroll related queries from employees.
  • Establish and improve process related to payroll processing

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years payroll management experience.
  • Previous experience working with global compliance rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detailed understanding of the use of technology to support surveillance.
  • Familiarity with corporate environments especially within financial services.
  • Ideally, some experience working in a global firm and/or experience in eCommunications, within an organisation.

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Beneficial but not essential: some experience with cloud-based ERP (enterprise resource planning) applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA in HR preferred.
