Job Role: Specialist- Payroll

Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, a Specialist – Payroll will
- Manage payroll, benefits and compliance for Elevate.
- Collaborate closely with our external payroll providers and the internal finance team to ensure smooth functioning of payroll.
- Figure out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories.
- Provide comprehensive solutions to all payroll related queries from employees.
- Establish and improve process related to payroll processing
Experience
- Minimum 4 years payroll management experience.
- Previous experience working with global compliance rules and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detailed understanding of the use of technology to support surveillance.
- Familiarity with corporate environments especially within financial services.
- Ideally, some experience working in a global firm and/or experience in eCommunications, within an organisation.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA in HR preferred.
