Job Description:
- Making outbound calls for the sales process and lead generation.
- Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails, or chats.
- Provide online demos to clients.
- Handle incoming queries through emails, calls & live chat.
- Counseling prospects over telephone and emails.
- Back end administration, account activation, invoicing, maintaining CRM.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience of minimum 3 years in a similar profile with Online/ E-Learning Companies will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and insight to know when to seek consultation/supervision
- Prior experience in outbound calling
- Excellent Communication Skills- written and spoken
- Pro-Active & Self Initiative
