Job Role: Sales Manager (Software Product)

Location: Mumbai

PQE: 3-6 years

Responsibilities

  • Achieving Individual Sales Targets: This involves setting and meeting sales goals within specific audience groups like corporate entities, institutions, lawyers, law firms, and government agencies.
  • Generating Leads: Finding potential clients who fit the target audience criteria and qualifying them for potential sales opportunities.
  • Face-to-face appointments: Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations: Showcasing the company’s products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits, and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
  • Closing Sales: Successfully negotiating and finalizing deals with clients to secure their business.
  • Training Clients: Providing onboarding and ongoing training to new clients to ensure they understand how to use the products or services effectively.
  • Client Support: Maintaining relationships with clients by offering assistance, providing relevant information, and addressing any issues or questions they may have.
  • Client Renewals: Managing the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Marketing Activities: Planning and executing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, which may include advertising, networking events, or other promotional activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Staying informed about the company’s offerings and staying updated on competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
