Job Role: Product Marketing Team

Location: Bangalore

PQE: 5 years


(This is an individual contributor role)

  • Leading the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for SpotDraft’s products, services, and features across marketing channels

  • Work closely with the Product and CS teams and create compelling content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, collaterals) for various use cases

  • Owning marketing initiatives and product launches to increase awareness, discoverability and consideration of SpotDraft and communicating the impact of these initiatives with other senior stakeholders

  • Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks, and drive articulation of product portfolio positioning aligned to SpotDraft’s key goals

  • Collaborating with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on competitive landscape and feedback from customers

  • Identify success metrics and measure the results of your strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximize results. Every decision you make is backed up with research or data.

  • Working with our marketing teams to test & scale marketing tactics across owned channels (in-app real estate, notifications, email and social)


  • You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing B2B products is a fast growing organisation 

  • You have experience developing and implementing successful product marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels – Product, content, online and offline advertising, social media, webinars, events, and email marketing.

  • You have a strong ability to create a deep understanding of customer needs and combine that with your product instincts to drive data-informed experimentation plans.

  • You’re motivated by growth targets and are excited to work at a fast-paced, growing company

  • You’re happy with a combination of getting your hands dirty and taking ownership of your area

  • You take a customer first approach to everything you do

  • You’re comfortable with metrics and can hold your own with the data to back you up
