Job Role: Solutions Engineer

Location: Remote 

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives
2. Meeting with clients to discuss their legal data need.
3. Strategizing with the sales team to understand client use cases
4. Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
5. Designing and documenting workflows that address the client’s use case
6. Designing and documenting new requirements needed to address the client’s use case
7. Assisting sales with post-closing follow ups.
8. Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.
9. Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
2. Previous work experience as a solutions engineer.
3. Experience with legal terminology and legal software solutions
4. Experience with B2B API solutions

1. Familiarity with business hardware and software systems.
2. High-level communication skills.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
5. Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
