Role: General Contract Administration

Description

Play Games24x7 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a candidate for a general contract administration role (LL.B. not necessary given any prior experience) which includes the following tasks to assist the Legal team:

  • Contract life cycle management from the standpoint of document preparation to storage stage.
  • Preparation of contract repositories, record keeping, and maintaining MIS pertaining to the same on a daily basis.
  • Stakeholder management, including collating responses to transactional documentation
  • Additional tasks as may be delegated by the Legal team.

Candidate must possess the following:

  • Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints.
  • Ability to work on contract management tools would be an added advantage.
  • Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, mainly MS Word.
