Internship Role: WordPress Website Management Intern (Long-Term)
About The Position
We are in search of an intern to assist in managing and supporting Nyaaya’s website, which is developed on WordPress and PHP. Additionally, the intern will implement a WhatsApp chatbot utilizing the Gliffic platform.
If you thrive in a small remote team environment and possess the motivation and skills to style front-end elements, implement WordPress as a content management framework, and build upon existing branding design systems for the web, then this role is well-suited for you. Working with Nyaaya will offer you an opportunity to contribute to empowering and raising legal awareness among citizens.
What is expected from you?
- Manage WordPress sites, including the implementation of themes and plugins.
- Take charge of the complete design and development process of a chatbot using Gliffic, showcasing expertise in creating intuitive and responsive conversational interfaces. Exhibit the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Consistently maintain and enhance the WordPress website by incorporating various elements and optimizing its features. Perform routine updates, ensuring seamless functionality and an engaging user experience.
- Ensure a strong command of Google Analytics 4, utilizing it to track website analytics and provide monthly reports upon request.
- Possess proficient knowledge of social media analytics, capable of tracking and providing data every month under supervision.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt to tools such as Gliffic, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applications are exclusively open to students currently in their penultimate year of B.Tech/B.Sc programs in IT- related fields across India.

Internship Terms and Application Process:
This remote internship allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection and a laptop. The engagement period is initially set for three months, with a strong possibility of renewal. We anticipate the selected candidate to continue working with us until their graduation, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a long-term internship.
