Job Opening: Accurate Legal Billing 

Job Role: Accountant 


  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepencies
  • Create and update expense reports 
  • Process reimbursement forms 
  • Prepare bank deposits 
  • Enter financial transactions in internal databases 
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy 
  • Maintain physical and digital financial records 
  • Issue invoices to customers on a monthly basis or as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents 
  • Participate in annual and quaterly audits 
  • Prepare financial statements for senior management 
  • Work with CPA and Auditors 
  • Perform other duties assigned. 


  • Work experience as an accounting assistant or accounting firm 
  • Knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures 
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and statutory regulations 
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot mathematical errors 
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally and Quick Books)
  • Organisation skills 
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information 
  • Graduate/PG accounting, finance, or relevant field with relevant experience.
