Job Role: Lead Sales Specialist

Location: Gurugram

PQE: 3 years

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, leveraging your expertise in legal technology to identify and qualify potential clients, understand their needs, and articulate how our solutions can address their challenges and add value to their business.

2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, including prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our LegalTech solutions, effectively communicating how they can streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive positive outcomes for clients.

4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, providing insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales tactics.

6. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, accurately forecasting sales projections and reporting on progress against targets to senior management.

7. Provide regular updates and feedback to internal stakeholders on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity, contributing to continuous improvement and optimization of sales strategies and processes.

8. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing best practices, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

 

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or legal background preferred.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling LegalTech solutions or software-as-a-service (SaaS) products to law firms, corporate legal departments, or other legal industry clients.

3. Proven track record of success in driving sales revenue and exceeding targets, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
