Job Role: Business Development Executive 

Location: Mumbai 

PQE: 1-2+ years 

What You’ll Do

  • Learn: Concept of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR
  • Research: Understand target market, build strategies and stay updated with the latest trends
  • Sales funnel: List potential enterprises and create approach strategy
  • Pitch: Study the enterprise, prepare customized content, schedule meetings, demonstrate offerings and build collaterals
  • Follow-up: Build, execute and document a strong follow-up plan
  • Onboard: Liaise with in-house team for enterprise onboarding
  • Cross / up sell opportunities: Leverage existing relationships to formulate and implement effective cross / up sell strategies
  • Report: Document monthly progress against defined targets
  • Engage: Develop long-term relationships and drive value creation to enable enterprises to recommend Presolv360 to their network
  • Feedback: Source constructive feedback and relay it to the relevant teams
  • Partnerships: Explore synergistic opportunities, create and implement marketing and sales campaigns
  • Opportunities: Explore and identify new business opportunities

Skills/Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2+ years’ experience, preferably in B2B / enterprise sales
  • Experience in financial services industry is preferred
  • Proficient in illustration softwares (like MS PowerPoint, Canva)
  • Experience in using lead generation tools and CRM software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to engage with CXO’s and business heads
  • Comfortable with travel within India to meet potential and existing enterprises
  • Enterprising, resilient, perseverant and ‘never give up’ attitude
