Job Role: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, PR and events.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to support lead generation and brand positioning.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong return on investment.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent story-telling skills, demonstrating the ability to create a cohesive and creative narrative that is easily understandable to the intended audience.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, demand generation in technology companies
- Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, marketing automation, techniques, and best practices.
- Must have experience in translating sales goals into credible marketing plans.
- Must possess skills in database marketing and growing a prospect database.
