Job Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Pune

PQE: 4+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, content marketing, PR and events.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to support lead generation and brand positioning.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO optimization, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong return on investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent story-telling skills, demonstrating the ability to create a cohesive and creative narrative that is easily understandable to the intended audience.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, demand generation in technology companies
  • Thorough understanding of content-led brand development principles, marketing automation, techniques, and best practices.
  • Must have experience in translating sales goals into credible marketing plans.
  • Must possess skills in database marketing and growing a prospect database.
