Job Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Understands client’s need, collects relevant data and communicates accurately in a timely manner with minimal or no involvement from supervisors.
- Demonstrates flexibility to prioritize / accommodates client requests.
- Actively addresses quality issues; ensures consistent work product.
Cost Management
- Ensures that project adheres to the budgetary requirements of the client
- Effectively monitors the cost on periodic basis and escalates if required.
Project Execution
- Manages multiple complex projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Has the ability to simplify complex subject matters into simple trainable contents.
- Should be independent in creating technology driven strategies for review.
- Should be able to run complex searches in Relativity and other review platforms.
- Evaluate efficiency of workflow on regular basis and escalate project level issues with supervisors.
- Should have good risk assessment qualities to address potential issues before it occurs.
People Management/ leadership
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, coordination skills & professional conduct. Handles inter-personal issues effectively
- Appraise performance objectively & fairly. Gives effective feedback.
- Is able to effectively impart training to a group of 20 or more individuals.
- Develops subordinates/backups.
