Job Opening: Implementation Consultant- Legal Software

In this opportunity as an Implementation Consultant, you will:
- Execute Legal Solution implementations, customisations and consulting engagements in accordance with Delivery guidelines
- Work closely with Project Manager while implementing Legal software for clients
- Work with clients and projects across the Asia & Emerging Markets region (Australia and New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Africa, Asia including India, as they key locations with specific focus on the United Arab Emirates, Asia and India)
- Assist in discovery and requirements sessions and consult on best practice design/solution approach to meet client requirements
- Engage with other key teams such as Support, Product Management, Client Success & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions
- Assist Project team to ensure all related requirements are met
- Resolve issues, project risks and escalate as needed
- Ensuring the client’s successful and optimum utilization of Legal Solutions
- Complete tasks with limited supervision
You’re a fit for the role of Implementation Consultant if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills/ability to share information professionally and concisely
- Ability to communicate effectively by adjusting communication style to audience
- 2-3 years legal industry experience (in-house legal, corporate legal operations, law firm or software implementations in the legal industry)
- Proficiency working with standard business software like Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of or familiarity with Legal Tracker, HighQ and/or Contract Express – highly desirable
- Experience delivering customer training
- Ability to interact and negotiate effectively with internal or external customers to provide solutions, resolve issues, and escalate higher risk or more unique problems to management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with strong time management
- Attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills & motivated to drive innovation
- Ability to build a strong understanding of other roles within the Professional Services function or Business Unit and how they are connected
- Ability to collaborate across boundaries
- Higher education degree or diploma in Legal, Computer Science, Finance or relevant industry experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally (based on safe travel conditions)
