Responsibilities
- Quality of Work Product
- Ensure high productivity while completing work orders
- Process forensically collected data through processing software
- Diagnose faults and advise users
- Managing of processing servers remotely
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Litigation Support offered services
- Responsible for smooth running of day to day assigned tasks
