Internship Opening: Gavel

Role: Customer Success Intern

Location: Remote

Duration: 8-12 Weeks

Eligibility (Who are you?): 

  • You are currently enrolled in law school or in pre-law studies.
  • You’re adaptable and ambitious. You’ll enthusiastically take on different assignments to support your team.
  • You’re extremely detail-oriented.
  • You can clearly articulate ideas, and you love talking to customers (particularly lawyers and other legal staff).
  • You’re a dynamite problem solver, and you’re good at solving puzzles.
  • You’re articulate and approachable, and you can clearly explain your findings.
  • You’re a fast-moving juggler. You successfully manage competing priorities, and you make it look easy.

What you will do? 

  • Talk to our customers (mostly sophisticated parties like lawyers and knowledge workers) by email and via our Slack channel.
  • Help improve the Gavel experience for our customers by creating learning guides and support material while using your legal expertise.
  • Collaborate with support and product team to ensure users understand the product and can use Gavel effectively.
  • Participate in Customer Success Team meetings and brainstorming sessions to help us develop new ideas and strategies.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed.
