Job Role: Senior Legal Technology Specialist
Location: Pune
PQE: 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and administration of the Malbek platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to define and execute the implementation plan
- Configure the platform to meet the organization’s requirements
- Work closely with the Legal department to ensure the platform meets their needs
- Learn and provide support for other applications, including OneTrust, Anaqua, Exterro, Acclaim IP, Navex.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and enhancements of the platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Malbek platform implementation and administration
- Strong understanding of the Malbek platform, including configuration, deployment, and integration with other systems
- Experience with other applications, including OneTrust, Anaqua, Exterro, Acclaim IP, and Navex, is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems integration is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Malbek certification is a plus
