Job Role: Analyst-eDiscovery

Location: Remote

PQE: 5+ years

Responsibilities & Qualifications Specifically, the Analyst will :

  • Manage collaboration environments including Microsoft Teams.
  • Analyze and assess use of new eDiscovery and collaboration tools with manager.
  • Support manager in internal security reviews and access audits.
  • Manage and review documents related to information review requests (similar to DSARs).
  • Draft and issue legal holds notice (Exterro/Zapproved).
  • Respond to legal hold queries from internal company stakeholders.
  • Coordinate data collection.
  • Support manager in filling out new project initiation forms for new eDiscovery and Document Review projects.
  • Coordinate conflict check information between stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact or gatekeeper between customer management and eDiscovery stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices plans and programs. Maintain compliance with Elevate and the customer’s statement of work and service level agreements.

Experience :

  • Prior experience with document review, eDiscovery, litigation support.
  • 5+ years’ experience working with large law firms or corporate legal departments.

  • Graduate in any field from a premier institute or related experience.
