Job Role: Specialist- Marketing Communications- Marketing

Location: Remote

PQE: 4+ years

Responsibilities & Qualifications Specifically, a Specialist Marketing Communication – Marketing will:-

  • Coordinate Marketing Campaigns and lead execution by collaborating with a global team
  • List building, internal send notifications, planning, calendaring and execution on schedule with measurable results.
  • Sales content messaging – process-based explanations and representations for Marketing material, Case Study management
  • Collateral library management
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Ownership of overall Marketing Activities Calendar, and alignment of deadlines to project management schedules

Experience

  • 4+ years of marketing communication experience, with at least 3 years at a professional services organization.
  • Legal or technology industry experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge and experience using the lead generation and campaign tools available within Salesforce.com; Marketo (or like solutions), and social media marketing tools a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time of varying complexity and length.
  • Specific ability to create market-facing messaging for solutions, technology products, and services for both descriptive materials and interest generating campaigns.
  • Working knowledge (not technical knowledge) of today’s lead generation technology specifically how it works and is integrated into a CRM.
  • Social media messaging experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite a requirement.
