Job Role: Specialist- Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, a specialist will
- Work with the Sales team and subject matter experts to prepare high-quality proposals in response to customer/prospect RFPs.
- Independently manage multiple RFPs from start to finish, ensuring that responses are complete, compliant, and well-positioned.
- Be responsible for end-to-end RFP process – scheduling and leading RFP kick-off and strategy meetings, incorporating and customizing our response to include the agreed-upon strategy, coordinating and reviewing RFP inputs from a variety of senior stakeholders and SMEs, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, coordinating RFP governance / sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed RFPs.
- Work within established and inflexible timeframes to meet RFP deadlines.
- Be responsible for the online submission of RFPs whenever required.
- Content management – Collaborate with business units, sales and marketing for the creation of new and reusable RFP content.
- Ensure that Elevate’s RFP management tool RFPIO is always updated and provide support in content refresh through RFPIO.
- Document template management in line with company branding.
- Working and collaborating with marketing and sales operations teams on other initiatives.
Experience
- 4-5 years of experience working on RFPs, preferably in the legal services sector.
- Content management and proposal automation software (or similar) experience preferred.
- Marketing communication and messaging experience a plus.

- Excellent understanding and experience of the RFP response process and all the associated tasks and deliverables.
- Excellent business writing and grammar skills.
- Strong time management/prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
- High level of independence and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles and accepts accountability and responsibility.
- Expert level MS Word skills & proficiency in other Microsoft Suite of applications, i.e., PowerPoint and Excel.
- Comfortable in working and collaborating with senior-level executives.
- Open to working in flexible timings to provide coverage and support to colleagues in the U.S. and U.K.
