Job Role: Practice Development Associate

Location: Bangalore

PQE: 2 years

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities within the legal industry.
• Lead initiatives to generate and engage partners to build new relations.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow and help expand.
• Maintain existing relations.
• Think critically when planning to assure project success.
• Prepare pitches and assist KSK and its teams in the implementation of strategies for the firm’s overall growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent experience (Law degree holders are welcome to apply).
• 2 years prior industry-related business development experience (law firm experience would be an add-on).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
• Networking skills are a must.
• Focused and goal-oriented.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• This is an on-site role, hence the candidate must be comfortable working from the office.
