Job Role: Senior Associate- Legal Education
Location: Remote
PQE: 4+ years
Responsibilities:
- Host and conduct classes for various law-related courses, ensuring engaging and interactive sessions.
- Coordinate with students to provide support, answer queries, and facilitate their learning journey.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations, exercises, and other educational materials to enhance course content and delivery.
- Conduct thorough research on legal topics, case studies, and relevant materials to ensure course content is up-to-date and comprehensive.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to review and refine course materials based on student feedback and industry trends.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates and interns, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of developments in the legal field, including changes in legislation, landmark cases, and emerging trends, to continually enhance course offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal education, course development, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and educational materials.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze legal information from various sources.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in conducting online classes or webinars is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for legal education and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
