Role: Product Design 

Location: Remote 

PQE: 4+ years 


  • End to end ownership & oversight of UI and UX design process (including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing)

  • Ensure delivery of world-class, modern designs for all new products as well as product enhancements 

  • Mentoring and training junior designers and scaling the design team.  

  • Creating a design culture in the organization by creating and implementing design systems and libraries.  

  • Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.

  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.

  • Supervise other design team members to ensure timely, consistent, and quality delivery of all UI/UX-related deliverables.

  • Work closely with product managers & engineers to deliver UI/UX improvements for products and processes.

  • Cultivate Leegality as a design leader in the market by participating in webinars, publishing blogs, and other community-building exercises. 


  • 4 + years of experience working as a designer in SAAS or software product companies 

  • Experience in Figma and CSS is a pre-requisite 

  • Demonstrable portfolio of live products (links should be shared) 

  • Working/practical knowledge of CSS and front end libraries/frameworks like Bootstrap & React Material UI 

  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing

  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious and excellent attention to detail 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques
