Job Role: Growth and Parnterships

Role and Profile

 

As a growth executive, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Ideation and execution of sales, marketing, and growth strategies.
  • Identifying quality leads and closing deals.
  • Tasks can be from scraping leads, to cold emails and calling, to elevator pitches, in person and online meetings with prospects, etc. on the sales side.
  • Tasks can also be implementing new marketing strategies on the marketing side.
  • Having a command over English and Hindi and being able to communicate effectively with prospects and clients is a necessity.
  • Being good at LinkedIn, drafting simple and impactful emails as well as content, and ability to innovate and execute marketing ideas including on social media platforms to generate leads and build relationships is a necessity.
  • Having an interest and a fair idea about how marketing initiatives should support growth and sales initiatives.
  • Knowing how to support and sooner than later lead independently in sales pitches and meetings.
  • Having curiosity to learn about the litigation finance and litigation funding market in India to best communicate with prospects and clients, along with the product and services of LegalPay.
  • Relationship management to ensure clients are engaged.

 

Skills and Traits We Are Looking For

  • Drive, hunger, persistence – sales professional at heart.
  • Working knowledge of the law.
  • Good understanding of legalpay’s product and services and accordingly having ideas on expansion and growth.
  • Ability to quickly execute initiatives and go back to the drawing board to replan and execute new initiatives in case the first initiatives are not working i.e., innovative thinker and adaptability.
  • Understanding that growth is all about the process from leads generation, to closing deals, to ensuring clients are retained and not just an isolated task.

 

Qualifications

  • We are looking to hire law students/ legal professionals. However, if you are an innovative growth professional who is obsessed with execution of their ideas, then we can make exceptions.
  • PQE: 2-4 years in law firms. Or, 2-4 years as a growth/sales/marketing professional.
