Job Role: Legal Operations Analyst

Location: Mumbai

PQE: 2+ years

What You Will Experience In This PositionIn this position, you will get to:

  • Learn about evolving technology in critical Legal processes including Legal billing, contract management, and document management
  • Develop a good understanding of underlying data structures embedded in the systems
  • Create reports and extract data for analysis that will help guide decision making
  • Provide support with users accessing Legal and Compliance systems
  • Assign user access (user provisioning, access changes, security level assignments)
  • Perform system maintenance, data validation, and data cleansing
  • Coordinate onboarding of new firms and vendors in Legal, Compliance, and ERP systems
  • Assist with planning, testing, and launching new functionality and upgrades
  • Manage and prioritize project backlogs, working through challenging priorities
  • Participate and conduct trainings for new programs/processes and team members
  • Know the latest on Legal and Compliance technology, bringing new ideas to the team

You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required (preferably in Business, Communications, or related field) strongly preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer support role along with direct experience supporting an enterprise system
  • Strong focus on teamwork and ability to work in teams across all functions and levels
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • English (advanced level)
  • Microsoft SharePoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals, as well as the willingness and ability to constantly learn new skills and take on added responsibilities
