The Technical Lead in Provakil is multifaceted. He/She will work in a Senior Role and get a chance to engage with the leadership of the organization. As a Technical Lead on our team, you will provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve the performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of customers’solutions using the legal industry’s best practices. The Technical Lead will be in charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business’s current and future needs.
Responsibilities
- Team management – supervise technical specialists, issue follow-up and ownership of projects from discovery through deployment, and balance work among team members according to skills and individual workload.
- Technical planning and preparation– analysis of technical requirements, solution proposals, and risk analysis
- Code Quality Assurance
- Code highly configurable and performant software solutions, Conduct consistent and thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainability
- Communication
- Information gathering, status reports creation, issue-solving recommendations, provide technical guidance to other team members, Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions that stand the test of time
- Ideate on improving – The development process, including determining best practices, tools, technologies, and frameworks based on the needs of the project
