Role: Head of Technology (Engineering+ ML)
Location: Bengaluru
PQE: 5+ years
Skills & Experiences:
- 5+ years in product development (enterprise B2B start up’s preferably)
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering ambitious technical products (Web apps / APIs driven)
- Have deep tech skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to dive into key areas
- Sets a high bar on technical excellence in documentation, testing, production monitoring, etc.
- Expertise in Python, JS (expert level in at least one)
- Expertise in object-oriented programming
- Good understanding (preferable industry experience) of integrating ML models into web products (training, production deployment & inference perf. optimization)
Responsibilities:
You will take key architectural & hiring decisions, build out features and be a coach manager for the tech team. Along the way, you’ll shape the journey of ContractKen!
- Build and own the technical roadmap for all the products
- Hire and mentor the tech team including junior employees and interns
- Design, implement, enhance, test and deploy APIs
- Collaborate with engineers working on front end applications to deliver a fully functional product
- Implement and set up automated tests to periodically test backend infrastructure for reliability, security and performance
- Design new data pipelines to enable production deployment of new models.
