Job Role: Senior Legal Management Consulting Tech (LBS)
Location: Hyderabad
PQE: 5-8 years
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver corporate legal engagements – providing consulting support for successful implementation of different technologies in the area of contract management and legal entity management;
- Playbook designing, training client stakeholders regarding implementation and usage of technology
- Educate the client regarding the functionality of the technologies and their limitations to enable the client to share the correct information
- Gather the required information from the client for successful implementation of the technologies and analyze them
- Guide and validate the built and configuration done by the team members. Set rules and conditions in the tool for effective implementation of the workflows
- Conduct and lead the UAT process along with coordinating with client stakeholders; Identify any flaws in the build or in the tool and work with the team to remediate the flaws
- Obtain all approvals and sign off as per the process and maintain all records/evidence for future audit purposes; Prepare and maintain all necessary reports, tables, charts etc. to reflect the progress of the project
- Integrate the new systems with the existing systems or tools – both upward and downward; Work on AI-enabled tools, build or train the existing AI models
- Help develop eminence and thought leadership materials in the field of Legal Management Consulting and, more broadly, legal technology innovation
- Monitor the performance of LBS associates
- Report against KPIs and metrics
- Keep updated about the upcoming or new technologies in the market and any up gradation of existing technologies.
- Review with the preparation of proposals
- Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management and clients
- Balance multiple projects and responsibilities
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate/BE/MCA; Certification with one or more legal technology tools; Knowledge about workflow management tools
- 5 to 8 years of relevant legal experience or alternative legal service industry
- Strong substantive understanding in the areas of technology implementations, automation, data wrangling, document extraction, data management, analytics, AI, build and train AI models etc.
- Worked on multiple technologies around contract management and legal entity management; Expert in configuration and build with substantive knowledge about the functionality and limitations of different technologies; Strong knowledge about different add-ins to the tools and their usage
- Strong Microsoft Office and other technology skills including, but not limited to, Excel, PPT, Visio, Power BI, Tableau
- Worked and managed multiple successful implementations of different CLM, Entity management, and AI tools
- Strong in project management, and leadership abilities and has a tendency to independently execute project cycles and deliverables;
- Ability to focus and deliver quality work products to the client as per expectations and requirements on time
- Effective communications and strong presentation skills, strong analytical skills
- Team management experience
- Strong understanding of the legal processes
- Adept at working virtually
Preferred :
- Aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills
- Lean Six-Sigma and/or Project Management Professional certification
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
- Good communication (to both internal and external stakeholders) and collaboration skills
- Excellent client presentation skills

- At least one of the following accreditations:
- Project Management Program (PMP)
