Job Role: Custom Success Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Custom Success Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area with the flexibility for some work from home. As a Custom Success Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our valuable customers by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be required to liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that the customers’ requirements are exceeded.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales in the legal industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide successful solutions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of legal technology platforms and their integration with third-party tools would be a plus
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
