Job Role: CLM Implementation Leader
Location: Mumbai
PQE: 2 years
Responsibilities
- Work with the clients to understand their contract management processes, pain points, and goals
- Define the requirements and specifications for the CLM solution that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
- Configure, customize, integrate, test, and deploy the CLM solution according to the requirements and specifications
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during or after the implementation
- Create training materials and conduct training sessions for the clients’ users on how to use the CLM solution effectively and efficiently
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to the clients’ users on the CLM solution
- Collaborate with other consultants, project managers, legal experts, and technical experts to ensure the quality and success of the project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in law, IT, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing CLM software such as Icertis, SirionOne, Ironclad, DocuSign, or any other CLM software
- Good understanding of contract management best practices and legal concepts
- Strong knowledge of the CLM software features and functionalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
