Job Role: LPM- Process Specialist

Location: Pune

PQE: 2-3 years

Primary skills:


· Should possess hand-on experience working on document reviews

· Profile: Attorneys with drafting skills, ideally tax law experience.

· Should be clear on the concepts of Privilege and undertake training assignments on related topics

· Should possess a very impressive academic statistic

· Should have excellent command over the English Language, both in written and oral communication

· Should be willing to work as a proactive team member and act as a mentor

· Should possess willingness to learn at a fast pace and deliver in minimal time

· Should be proficient on computers and computer applications


Secondary skills:


· Should be able to work under minimum supervision and diligently execute work assignments

· Should assist the Manager by actively undertaking work delegations and be able to deliver under pressure on multiple tasks

· Should be able to grasp the subject matter and escalate any impending process concerns

· Should be utilize opportunities and continuously strive to perform better

· Should be willing to work extended hours and motivate team members


Job responsibilities:


· Comprehend the client instructions, undertake preliminary trainings/refreshers and diligently execute all assignments

· Adapt and be flexible to be revolved around projects and possess an ability to deliver quality consistently

· Meet and strive to consistently exceed client expectations

· Be willing to take additional responsibilities and develop skills required for the next level in the organizational structure

· Consistently meet and exceed the productivity and quality targets

· Follow organizational / engagement wide process / systems / policies

· Participate actively in organizational initiatives

· Constantly acquire knowledge in relevant areas by way of organizational and engagement trainings

· Participate in Knowledge management initiatives

· Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities

· Act as a Knowledge Anchor for the team and an active back up

· Try and mitigate any issue escalations

· Should be able to manage a team of 10-15 associates

· Identify and implement Process Improvement Opportunities

· Monitoring & reporting production numbers

· Provide adequate coaching & mentoring to junior legal analysts
