Job Description

• Implement marketing strategies which will help in increasing the brand awareness for the organisation
• Create content for the organisation which will be useful for the marketing events and campaigns for the organisation
• Work with sales teams to help in sales enablement for the organisation
• Digital marketing forms a key part of the role and the candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing content and campaign for the organisation
• Track the leads generated and work closely with the sales team to ensure that they are served properly.
• Work closely with the founder to build the long term marketing strategy for the brand.

The Successful Applicant

• The successful candidate should be an engineer and an MBA from a top tier college and have an experience in marketing.
• S/he should have a successful track record of implementing successful marketing strategies for their organisation
• The ideal candidate should have team management experience as well
• S/he should have an understanding of the U.S. markets as well and should have worked with clients in USA
• The candidate should have some experience in digital transformation projects – candidates who have done consulting assignments on digital transformation of an organisation will be a good fit
• The candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills
