Job Role: Project Coordinator 

Location: Bengaluru

PQE: 6-8 years

The Position

As a Project Coordinator the key responsibilities, you are expected to Project planning and management (incl. ad-hoc support for project leads). Data gathering, processing and analysis. Power BI Dashboards and Power Point/Sway presentation creation.

  • Drive implementation of one or more IO-SO LCQ smaller complexity projects with focus on: Digitalisation, processes streamlining (e.g., Yearly reporting).
  • Project Management Office (PMO) lead for IO-SO LCQ flagship project – follow up on project progress, issues, actions, early flag/escalation of issues to project lead etc.
  • Change management and Data analysis & processing – assist leads with collection, consolidation of data inputs in relation to project deliverables as needed. LCQ vs Business data analysis and trend spotting; Build and maintenance of LCQ HR database (e.g., FTEs and diversity).
  • Full ownership of LCQ data quality, Analyse data and prepare result/outcomes, Full involvement in the IO-SOLCQ activities planning will be required.
  • Produce dashboards and Power Point/Sway presentations with IO LCQ data as needed. Work closely with key stakeholders in IO-SO and Regional LCQ heads to identify the best ways to present data to Sr. stakeholders and structure the dashboards.


We ideally expect you to hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree from Business, Finance, Communication, IT/Digital.

  • Minimum 6 – 8 years of PowerPoint experience (Advanced user) – highly skilled in presentation making – e.g., able to prepare high quality presentations to Sr. management with little supervision/guidance.
  • Experience with Visual Design would be a big plus (e.g., creating graphics from scratch at a design agency.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management – as PMO or workstream lead.
  • IT literacy – demonstrated interest in technology, with strong track record in using Software to optimize work processes and increase self or business efficiency (e.g., Advanced Excel skills utilized for data gathering and analysis etc.).
  • Experience with communication activities (e.g., preparing and running communication campaign, newsletters etc.) is a great plus.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English.
