Job Role: General Manager (HR & Admin)
As a General Manager (HR and Admin) at Vyapi, you will:-
- Lead entire HR Operations inclusive of organizational development and organizational change for growth and efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the admin function of the organization, including general office management, procurement, facilities management, etc.
- Understand the Organizational Structure; develop and maintain knowledge of the business unit needs, and provide customized support.
- Develop an HR strategy for the organization in line with the overall business objectives.
- Review and approve job position requests and job descriptions and make recommendations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Handle performance appraisal process (including creating a plan to manage quarterly and annual reviews), conduct training on goal setting, and utilize budgets to organize development activities.
- Work directly with the Director for the design and implementation of ongoing evaluation of the organization’s Compensation and Benefits Programs.
- Manage investigation and resolution of Employee grievances/Disciplinary Cases.
- Handle HR Analytics, distilling large amounts of information from multiple sources into meaningful insights for management review.
