Job Role: Legal Business Services (Tech Trained)- Manager

Location: Mumbai

Requirements: 

  • Solutions: Manage project teams that work with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions to support implementation of contract lifecycle management systems
  • Delivery: Manage delivery teams that configure and integrate the CLM systems to meet the client requirements. Work with clients, CLM systems vendors, and internal LBS team members to ensure the projects are delivered on time and according to client’s specifications and requirements.
  • Support: Manage development of training programs and documentation and oversee software support around day-to-day activities related to processes and various technologies or situational changes
  • Client management: Actively manage client stakeholders as part of delivery of CLMs implementation projects. Conduct workshops, manage status calls with clients to support CLMs implementation efforts.
  • Project management: Manage project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, creating status reports, and actively managing calls with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Sales: Work with the LBS leadership to manage sales efforts, including responding to RFPs, creating proposals, and pricing models, and drafting statements of work, etc.
  • Strategy: Work with the LBS leadership to develop, refine, and execute strategy to grow the CLM implementation business. Contribute to various firm-level initiatives to create eminence in the marketplace and improve the service delivery.
  • People management: Manage the professional development of fellow LBS USI team members. Act as a mentor to junior professionals and provide guidance and counsel to develop their technical, soft skills, and provide professional guidance to help them progress in their career journey.
  • Performance management: Monitor performance of team members on the project, identify areas of improvement and develop and execute performance management strategy and plans to ensure the team members deliver to their potential Required skills
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing the large scale end-to-end CLM implementation projects
  • Icertis implementation experience is preferred
  • Implementation experience related to Agiloft, Coupa, SirionLabs or other CLMs is also relevant
  • Experience in managing multiple workstreams within the implementation projects
  • Experience in managing large teams
  • Experience in managing client relationships (preferably clients from US, Canada, or UK)
  • Strong upwards and downwards management skills and experience
  • Strong people management skills with a focus on building and sustaining high-performing teams

  • Someone with relevant Icertis certifications (preferably, ICI Administrator, ICI Functional Professional, and ICI Project Manager. Other ICI certifications are also relevant)
  • Well versed with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project Qualification
  • With a graduate/postgraduate degree in computing, information technology, or related fields, or master’s in business administration.
